How do I install the Apple Watch app?

It installs automatically with VisualGIG when “Automatic App Install” is enabled on your iPhone (Watch app → General). Otherwise, open the Watch app and install VisualGIG from the “Available Apps” section. The watch mirrors your setlist whenever a set is open on the iPhone.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are handled by Apple. Go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone, or open VisualGIG → Settings and tap your plan. Canceling keeps your access until the end of the paid period.

How do I restore my purchase on a new device?

Sign in with the same Apple ID and tap “Restore purchases” on the subscription screen. Your plan follows your Apple ID, not the device.

Which MIDI controllers work?

Any class-compliant USB controller (through a Lightning or USB-C adapter) and any Bluetooth MIDI device. Pair in Settings › MIDI Controller, choose the ports and channel, and learn buttons with one press.

What happens if my subscription lapses during a show?

Nothing, until the show is over. VisualGIG never applies a downgrade while Live mode is running.

Which audio formats can I import?

WAV, AIFF, MP3 and M4A, from Files, iCloud Drive or AirDrop.

Do I need an account?

No. No login, no upload. Your files stay on the device.
